Tottenham will be without five players for Sunday’s Premier League clash with Leicester at Wembley.

As expected, England stars Harry Kane and Dele Alli both miss out again out due to their respective ankle and hamstring injuries.

Both players have begun their rehabilitation, with Kane recently travelling to the Bahamas for some warm weather training before jetting off to the Super Bowl in Atlanta.

Alli headed off to Dubai, where he has been training every day with members of the Spurs conditioning team in a bid to overcome the injury he picked up in the win at Fulham.

Ben Davies remains on the sidelines with the groin injury he sustained in the Carabao Cup semi-final second leg against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, while Eric Dier has a virus and Vincent Janssen has a knee problem.

Mauricio Pochettino may decide to freshen up his squad – if he can – ahead of Wednesday night’s Champions League last 16, first leg clsg against Borussia Dortmund.

Meanwhile, Spurs and Arsenal are battling it out for the signing of German international Matthias Ginter, if the latest reports are to be believed. Read the full story here…
