Furman has reached the end of the two-year deal he signed with Rovers in the summer of 2013 and the South Africa international midfielder is likely to have plenty of options available to him when it comes to finding a new club.

Defender Reece Wabara and goalkeeper Stephen Bywater are other high profile names set to depart the Keepmoat Stadium.

Jamie McCombe, Abdul Razak, Theo Robinson, Lewis Ferguson and Alex Peterson are others who have not been given a new contract.

However, player-coach Rob Jones has been offered a new deal by Doncaster manager Paul Dickov, as has Kyle Bennett, Ben Askins, Mitchell Lund, Harry Middleton, Liam Wakefield and Billy Whitehouse.
