Jack Ruddy commits himself to new Wolves contract

Young Wolves goalkeeper Jack Ruddy has signed a new deal with the Championship club.The 19-year-old has extended his stay until 2020 with the option of a further year.

Ruddy joined Wolves from Bury in August 2016 and began this season on loan at Oldham, where he made five appearances.

He has since returned to Wolves to play for the under-23 side and said on wolves.co.uk: “I’m really pleased – I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my 18 months here and I feel like I’m progressing really well.

“The coaches and the staff have really helped me during my time here and I get on with everyone really well so I’m really happy to stay here for another couple of years.”
