Agent of Chelsea star leaves door wide open for move to Euro giants

The agent of Chelsea midfielder Jorginho has dropped another hint that his client could reunite with Maurizio Sarri at Juventus.
Jorginho was a key player for Sarri during his Napoli days, and was brought to Chelsea for the Italian coach’s sole season at Stamford Bridge.
While his first season did not go fully as planned, the Italy international has enjoyed a much more successful second season in the Premier League, establishing himself as an important part of Frank Lampard’s plans.
However, reports are surfacing that Sarri, who now manages Juventus, could come in with a bid to be reunited with Jorginho yet again – and now the player’s agent has suggested that it could happen.
“I don’t know whether Juve want Jorginho or not, as he has three years left on his Chelsea contract,” Joao Santos told Tuttomercatoweb.
“We’ll see. He is a professional – if an important club in Italy calls, then why not?”
Earlier this week, Santos had denied any contact from Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici, insisting he only knows of the rumours from the media.
And despite those rumours, it has been claimed that Lampard has outlined Jorginho as one of only two members of his Chelsea squad that he deems absolutely not for sale.
Chelsea had been linked with taking Miralem Pjanic in return from Juventus, but the Bosnian midfielder is keen on a move to Barcelona instead, with negotiations ongoing over a multiple swap deal.
Jorginho is closing in on 100 appearances in all competitions for Chelsea, and remains under contract until June 2023, by which time he will be 31 years old.
