Khizanishvili doubt for Royals

The defender lasted 69 minutes on his return from a knee injury as the Royals thumped relegated Peterborough 6-0 on Saturday and should be fit to continue.

Matt Mills serves the final game of his four-match ban and Ivar Ingimarsson is out with a hamstring injury so Khizanishvili and Alex Pearce are the only available centre-halves.

Marek Matejovsky is still out after a stomach operation and Noel Hunt and Chris Armstrong remain sidelined with knee problems.

Boss Brian McDermott is therefore likely to stick with the side which equalled their biggest win at the Madejski Stadium.

The Royals need a victory to retain their slim hopes of a play-off place – they are nine points behind sixth-placed Swansea with three games remaining.
