Manchester United have been given the chance to land an outstanding Serie A attacker in a swap deal for Paul Pogba, while Leeds are hoping to make it third time lucky with a £15m bid for a Rangers star, according to Sunday’s papers.

Juventus are reportedly willing to offer Manchester United impressive forward Paulo Dybala, valued at €60m (according to Transfermarkt), in a swap deal for Paul Pogba this summer.

Despite a happier Pogba having a big upturn in form under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, the Frenchman is still being tipped to try and force a big-money Old Trafford exit.

Hie agent, Mino Raiola, has spoken in the past about his client’s willingness to move on – and it would appear that Juve have a solution in place to bring back their former midfielder.

According to Italian publication Tuttosport, Juve are willing to offload Dybala as part of the deal to seal Pogba’s return.

Dybala has been hindered by injury issues this term, but at his best the Argentine is an outstanding link man and goalscorer. He has scored 99 goals in 246 appearances in all competitions for the Turin giants.

As for Pogba, the midfielder’s contract expires next summer, meaning that United will need to part ways at the end of this season if they want a decent transfer fee.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer: We want to finish season with a trophy

Manchester United are safely through to play Roma in the Europa League semi finals - and manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is keen to lift the trophy, believing it could be a catalyst for further success.

The report adds that United are not interested in becoming embroiled in yet another transfer saga over the summer and could finally be prepared to do business.

The potential arrival of Dybala, who has also been linked with Chelsea and Tottenham, would also fill a glaring United need for a central striker, particularly given Edinson Cavani’s desire to head back to South America.
