Premier League new boys Leeds United are reportedly trying to convince Germany star Julian Draxler to sign for them.
RMC Sport claim that Andrea Raddrizzani is trying to talk the 26-year-old attacker into joining the Whites.
The West Yorkshire side have contacted the player, but reporter Mohamed Bouhafsi says “Draxler has not been receptive in their interest so far”.
Draxler, who has won Ligue 1 three times with PSG has less than 12 months remaining on his contract in the French capital.
Get French Football News claim that sporting director Leonardo is desperate to offload Draxler, who has also turned down approaches from the Bundesliga.
Draxler apparently has no intention of cutting short his contract and enjoys life in Paris, despite making just 12 starts last season.

The 26-year-old, who has scored 20 goals and produced 32 assists for PSG in 140 matches since joining in 2017, would be some coup for Marcelo Bielsa’s side.
The two-footed Draxler has been capped 53 times by Germany and played in the recent draws with Switzerland and Spain.
Bielsa has already signed Rodrigo for £35m from Valencia on a four-year deal.
Leeds have also landed Robin Koch from Freiburg for £11.5m, while they have also made Illan Meslier and Helder Costa’s loans permanent,
Wigan prospect Joe Gelhardt has also been signed as Leeds prepare for their first top-flight season for 16 years.
De Paul price tag at €40m
Meanwhile, Leeds have been told they will need to raise their initial offer for Rodrigo de Paul if they’re serious about signing the Argentine playmaker.
Those talks appeared to stall last week when it emerged the player was waiting on possible interest for Juventus.
And reports in the Italian media also claimed Leicester have joined the race for the Argentinian playmaker.
Either way, there appears a lot of conjecture surrounding the potential sale of De Paul right now.
Tuesday’s edition of Mondo Udinese offers another take on proceedings. And their version could explain why a lack of progress has been made on the De Paul front from a Leeds point of view.
The Italian paper explains that Gino Pozzo has ‘rejected the first assault from Leeds by president Andrea Radrizzani’. Furthermore, they claim the Udinese owner has told Radrizzani that De Paul ‘cannot cost less’ than his €40m asking price.
That may well explain why Radrizzani is looking at Draxler It’s highly unlikely that the West Yorkshire side could afford both players.
