Liverpool prepare £134,000-a-week deal to lure back €40m winger

Liverpool will offer former player Suso an €8million-a-year contract to lure the winger back to Anfield this summer, according to a report.
Suso, 24, made 14 appearances for the Reds between 2012-15 before he left for AC Milan on expiration of his Anfield contract.
Milan ended up paying a compensation fee of €1.3million for Suso after his deal was cancelled early and he has developed into a key player for Gennaro Gattuso’s side.
He has scored eight goals and created 12 assists in 45 games this season and he is under contract until 2022.
But La Gazzetta dello Sport, report that Liverpool are ready to make their move to bring him back to Merseyside and increase his current €3million-a-year contract to €8million a year, around £134,000 a week.
Suso agreed a new contract in September last year and, according to Calciomercato the Spaniard;s release clause is €40million.
Last month Suso played down talk of a return to Liverpool.
“I recently signed an important renewal,” he wrote on Instagram
“I think about the pitch and my agent thinks about the transfer market. I’ve read everything: rumours, desires, supposed negotiations and inaccuracies. Let me try to clarify.
“Firstly: I don’t care about the release clause, on the pitch counts and in these five months we have to be protagonists.
“Secondly: a historic and special club like Milan deserves respect, they’ve focused on me and invested a lot.
“Thirdly: in any case, my desire would count, and only my desire. For now I only want to stay here, everything else is just chatter.
“Forza Milan, Suso.”
