Inter Milan will offer long-term Manchester United targets Milan Skriniar and Ivan Perisic as part of their efforts to sign Paul Pogba, according to reports.
The Serie A giants have recently emerged as contenders to sign Pogba from United, with former Juventus CEO Beppe Marotta set to play a key role in the negotiations.
Marotta is expected to take up a role at Inter, and is pushing for a reunion with ex-Juventus midfielder Pogba. Due to Financial Fair Play, the deal would have to be completed next summer, but Pogba is seen as an ideal candidate to shape the club’s resurgence around.
According to the Daily Mirror, Skriniar and Perisic will be offered as part of Inter’s bid for the World Cup winner. Both have been heavily linked with United in the past, with Skriniar suggested as a €100m defensive target, and United falling just short of Perisic’s asking price in the summer.
However, Jose Mourinho could finally land the duo if he is willing to separate with Pogba, who is under contract until 2021.
