Chelsea fans question future of Abraham after play off final victory

Disappointing end for Frank and Derby but well done Villa, back where they belong. I understand Frank was given a two year contract at Derby so is contracted to next season. I think now he will have a second crack at getting them up. It will be interesting to see which way Chelsea go with Sarri. Once the dust settles on the Europa League final I am sure we will know one way or the other.

The downside of Villa winning is Tammy

Will he want to come back to Chelsea as the number 2 or 3 striker but be prepared to fight and show he could/should be no 1 or simply stay at villa where he is the no 1 striker and more guaranteed game time…?

Tough call for the young man so Chelsea really need to work hard to convince him his future lies at the Bridge (assuming of course they believe it does..?) KTBFFH

Fans believe managerial changes may be on the horizon amid Lampard rumours

Well, maybe lady luck must not have been smiling for Youngblue there. Lampard has lost the Championship play-off final to Villa. so be careful what you wish for guys. and if Chelsea sack Sarri they now there aren’t that many alternatives that will work on the conditions he works under. and with the threat of transfer ban looming. I doubt if that post will attract better alternatives. definitely, I will support Lampard if Chelsea appoints him as our coach. but he is not my choice as I feel the pressure is very much greater at Chelsea than it is at Derby. even if we lose this final to Arsenal, Sarri should stay and focus on stamping his authority into the team.

Today I was reading some inappropriate comments from Marcos Alonso. I hope the club fines him, and we sell him to the highest bidder. I doubt if any other coach can get what Sarri has got from him as a left back not as a winger who will always have a player covering for them. we can’t have such kind of players in our squad who publicly try to undermine the coach. anyway, we need to build from where we are now. if the ban is delayed it’s fine. if not, we have some good players who can make us competitive in the race for top 4 at least.

Losing the Play-Off final Frank may feel he has unfinished business and could stay on in respect of the club and its supporters. He has a two year contract with them apparently so one to go.

chelsea1967

67, yeah you can make it work either way although if Chelsea really came in for him I don’t think Frank could turn us down.

Massive problems at Derby now with the loan players set to leave and lots of players out of contract if Frank stays he will almost have to start again.

Suggestions are that Juve have offered Sarri the job and Chelsea won’t hold him to his contract?

All will become clear in the next couple of weeks after the EL Final.

Liverpool fans try to predict midfield selection ahead of Champions League final

I’m concerned Klopp might go with Winji Hendo and Milner on sat

Fabhino has to start with Winji and Henderson

He’s seemed reluctant to move Hendo away from his natural position now he’s back finding his stride there plus Fabinho as a natural holding midfielder has been great there.

I think he’ll defo want Milner on at some point for his experience. Probably first sub bar injury.

Wan-Bissaka a hot topic on the minds of Man United fans

People need to chillax a bit, major transfers wont be concluded till the late August, sure about it!

M De Ligt is only one footballer-there are loads more out there, and I like many more fans on here, believe that there are many young talents within the UK-players like D.Rice,Wan-Bissaka,Chilwell,Maddison,Tierney,Ndidi!

For all we know the club is conducting all the talks in secret and without any fuss, already…

Yeah, last i heard Palace want £60m for Bissaka! That’s madness, he’s had 1 good season.
When Kyle Walker went for £50m he was already a very good full back, no sure how Palace can justify that ridiculous price tag? How can Woodward approach that, inept or not – it’s a rip off. But he’s a player we need…

happyhurling

Palace can justify the price because they don’t need to sell. For modern pl teams money is not a problem. Weakening your team and being relegated is. That means high prices to justify the risk. Last reports were they wanted £70m. On the flip side if he’s the RB for 10 years then even @ £70m he works out at £7m per season, not bad in todays market.
