Man Utd offered two stars including Arsenal target as part of Pogba exit

Juventus are prepared to allow either Paulo Dybala or Adrien Rabiot to leave the club in order to bring Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba to Turin, according to reports.

Pogba, who moved back from Juve to Old Trafford in 2016, has been perhaps the most divisive star in United’s squad over the past few seasons.

The Frenchman has shown in glimpses the form which saw him become so revered in Italy but that has been met with accusations of an attitude problem and a series of injury problems.

Indeed, Pogba has spent much of this season on the sidelines with separate foot problems and has made only eight appearances in all competitions under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Pogba has been heavily linked with Real Madrid in the past – with boss Zinedine Zidane said to be an admirer of his compatriot.

According to Italian newspaper Tuttosport, however, Juve remain very interested and are prepared to offer either Dybala or Rabiot to convince United to sell up.

Dybala was reportedly close to a move to Tottenham on deadline day in the summer but after remaining in Turin, he has scored nine goals and assisted eight others in 24 appearances.

Rabiot, meanwhile, arrived from Paris Saint-Germain on a free transfer in the summer but has often found life hard under boss Maurizio Sarri, making only 11 Serie A outings.

Arsenal are reportedly interested in the Frenchman, with manager Mikel Arteta said to be hoping he can secure a loan deal for the player this month.

Elsewhere, United’s deal to sign Bruno Fernandes from Sporting Lisbon has hit new stumbling blocks according to reports.

Following heavy speculation surrounding the Portuguese in the summer, the Red Devils have again been linked with him in recent days.

Previous reports claimed that the transfer fee and structure of potential add-ons was holding up the deal, but according to Sky Sports, there are new barriers to the move.

The source says that Sporting have abandoned their initial plan to include Marcos Rojo as part of the deal, while the club also want Fernandes to play against bitter rivals Benfica on Friday.
