Man Utd posing serious threat to Real Madrid in chase for Ligue 1 sensation

Eduardo Camavinga TEAMtalk

Manchester United are reportedly posing a major threat to Real Madrid in their bid to sign Rennes teenage sensation Eduardo Camavinga.

The 17-year-old midfielder is regarded as one of the hottest young properties in European football.

His impressive form, since making his senior debut at the age of 16, has alerted a number of top clubs. That list includes the likes of United, Real and Juventus.

The Red Devils were chasing Camavinga at the start of the summer transfer window. However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s main focus at that stage was trying to bring in Jadon Sancho.

Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane remains a massive fan of the youngster, however.

The LaLiga giants were unable to pursue a move this summer duo the financial implications of Covid-19.

And United are hoping that their stronger financial foundations will give them an advantage come January.
