Man Utd see €13m bid rejected for Liverpool-linked Turkish starlet
Manchester United have seen a bid rejected for a talented 21-year-old Turkish starlet, according to a report.
Turkish outlet Haberturk claims that Trabzonspor have rejected an opening offer of £11.6m (€13m) from the Red Devils for Yusuf Yazici.
The source claims that the club’s president Ahmet Agaoglu turned down the offer out of hand and told United they must wait until next summer to have a chance of signing the Turkey international.
The Super Lig giants have also apparently rejected an approach from Dutch champions PSV Eindhoven for the attacking midfielder.
Reports from Turkish-Football.com have claimed that Yazici is in fact keen on a move to the Premier League this summer.
Atletico Madrid and Liverpool have also been linked to the Trabzon-born midfielder, while Spurs were tipped to make an offer last winter.
