Man Utd v Liverpool among picks as live October games are announced
Manchester United’s home date with arch-rivals Liverpool has been moved to a late kick-off on Saturday October 19.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side take on Jurgen Klopp’s title hopefuls in a key match due to now kick-off at 5.30pm, as Sky Sports and BT Sport moved a number of matches for live TV coverage.
And the match could yet be pushed back to Sunday October 20, dependent on Champions League group stage matches.
Liverpool’s home clash with Tottenham is another match moved for live coverage, that one now taking place at 4.30pm on Sunday October 27, while Steve Bruce’s Newcastle lock horns with former club United on Sunday October 6.
The new Premier League season gets underway on Friday week when Liverpool tackle new boys Norwich at Anfield.
