Manchester United have made Inter Milan centre-back Milan Skriniar their priority signing for the summer according to reports.
The Independent claim the Inter Milan defender tops United’s transfer wishlist, with chief executive Ed Woodward ready to spend.
Napoli’s combative centre-back Kalidou Koulibaly and Sampdoria’s Joachim Andersen are also targets for the Red Devils, however, Skriniar remains their number one choice.
The report also claims that interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has already voiced his opinion to the United board over potential singings.
Skriniar is no stranger to transfer speculation, after the Slovakian international was linked with moves to Man Utd and Barcelona throughout January.
Skriniar first burst onto the scene back in 2016 when he signed for Italian club Sampdoria from Zilina for a fee of around £5.5million.
His impressive form then earned him a move to fellow Serie A side Inter 18 months later, a move which earned Sampdoria over five times the amount they paid for the defender.
