MK Dons v Yeovil preview

admin

MK Dons have no new problems as they hope to win automatic promotion against relegated Yeovil at stadium:mk on Sunday.

Eight victories in a 10-game unbeaten run has seen the Dons push Preston all the way to the final day of the campaign in the race for a top-two finish.

Karl Robinson, manager of the month for April, will not make too many changes but he has rotated his attacking players all season and he has the likes of Ryan Hall, Devante Cole and Daniel Powell to call on should he wish.

Midfielder Ben Reeves (calf) remains the only absentee for the Milton Keynes club, who will finish second if they better Preston’s result at Colchester.

Yeovil will be without Sam Foley when they make the trip east.

The Glovers winger was forced off just 12 minutes into their defeat to Port Vale last weekend after aggravating a hamstring problem and boss Paul Sturrock confirmed he will not be involved against MK Dons.

He could be joined on the sidelined by defender Byron Webster who is ‘touch and go’ to feature having been taken off at half-time against the Valiants as a precaution after a slight knee knock.

That loss was Sturrock’s first since taking charge and he will want to end the season on a high with a shock away win.
