Nani: Linked with Hull switch

Fenerbahce winger Nani has been linked with a shock £5million return to Manchester United, according to press reports in Turkey.

According to DHA, one of the biggest news agencies in Turkey, new United boss Jose Mourinho wants to bring his compatriot back to Old Trafford after being impressed by his form with the Turkish giants.

Mourinho is looking to bring more width to the United attack and sees Nani as a cheap addition to his squad.

It has been reported that Nani can leave Fenerbahce if someone meets his £6.3m release clause – but the Red Devils are unwilling to pay that much and hope to land the player for around £5million.

The 29-year-old would love to head back to Old Trafford and the report goes on to claim that he has already accepted personal terms in case the two clubs agree a fee.

Nani only officially left United in July 2015 after falling out of favour under Louis van Gaal.

However his final appearance for the club came back in August 2014, a 2-1 home defeat to Swansea, because he spent the rest of that season on loan at Sporting Lisbon.

But he might not have played his last game for United if these latest reports are to be believed.
