Bayern Munich are the latest European side to show an interest in Kieran Trippier, according to reports.
Tottenham Hotspur are willing to sell the right-back after a disappointing season which saw the England man slip out of contention at international level.
Napoli were seen as the front-runners to sign the 28-year-old, potentially as a replacement for Elseid Hysaj, who has been linked with a move to Atletico Madrid – coincidentally, another club interested in Trippier.
According to Sky Sports News, Bayern Munich are now an option for Trippier – although a deal would be difficult.
The Bundesliga champions are in the market for a new full-back to deputise for Joshua Kimmich following Rafinha’s departure, with Monaco’s Benjamin Heinrichs also under consideration.
However, the report admits that Bayern are unwilling to spend so much on Trippier since he would be a back up.
Trippier appears determined to stay in England, and he could yet fight for his place at Spurs.
