Paris Saint-Germain are hoping to follow up their capture of Neymar by hijacking Arsenal’s move for Nice midfielder Jean Michael Seri, according to The Sun.

The Ivorian midfielder has emerged as one of the most coveted players in Ligue 1, and has been identified by Arsene Wenger as a possible alternative to Monaco star Thomas Lemar, who is proving difficult to prise away.

However, PSG, who are showing no signs of slowing their spending following the €200m capture of Neymar, could throw a major spanner in the works by pursuing a deal.
