A Juventus star appears to have hinted that he would ‘like’ to join Man Utd, while Everton have named their price for a Chelsea target, all in Sunday’s papers.

Juventus star Douglas Costa has potentially dropped a hint over his future after he ‘liked’ a Twitter post linking him to a Manchester United move.

The Brazil international has been a long-term target for the Red Devils, who reportedly made a £54million bid for the attacker in December.

The 28-year-old is having a tough season in Italy, scoring only one goal in 17 Serie A games, having starred last campaign.

Juventus loaned Costa from Bayern Munich two seasons ago before making the move a permanent last summer.

He is currently recovering from a horror car crash he was involved in last week, during which he was lucky to escape serious injury.
escaped without any injury.

However, the Brazilian’s unusual social media activity put his 400,000 Twitter followers on alert after he ‘liked’ those rumours of heading to Old Trafford.

The report in the Sun on Sunday claims that United are lining up a move for Costa as a potential replacement for Alexis Sanchez.

The Chile star has failed to find the form that tempted United into a swap deal for Henrikh Mkhitaryan in January 2018 and they are reportedly ready to cut their losses on the 30-year-old.
