Paper Talk: Liverpool man in transfer talks; Inter chase top Man Utd target
Roma are in talks with Dejan Lovren’s agent, while Inter Milan are interested in a top Man Utd midfield target and Celtic are chasing a £7m man to replace Kieran Tierney, all in the papers.
ROMA TALKING TO LOVREN
Liverpool defender Dejan Lovren could be on his way to Roma, according to reports in Italy.
Lovren, who has been linked with AC Milan, was left out of Liverpool’s squad from Friday’s win over Norwich and reports claim his agent met with representatives of the Italian club to discuss a potential loan deal.
Tutto Mercato report that the 30-year-old’s agent has already spoken with Roma sporting director Gianluca Petrachi about a move.
Gazzetta dello Sport claim that negotiations are intensifying for Lovren, who could be available on a €2m loan with option to buy for €16-18m.
