Liverpool have set their sights on a Real Betis full-back, Philippe Coutinho could return to Anfield and Arsenal boss Unai Emery could raid his old club for a defender, all in the papers.
FIRPO WANTED BY LIVERPOOL
Liverpool are eyeing up a move for Real Betis left-back Junior Firpo, according to Sport.
Jurgen Klopp is looking for a replacement for Alberto Moreno, who has been released, and Klopp is understood to be looking at Firpo.
The 22-year-old Betis defender has a €50million release clause in his contract, and it’s understood that Liverpool are ready to trigger that to get some cover in for Andy Robertson.
Firpo, who is under contract until 2023, is also wanted by Barcelona, who are understood to have enquired about the speedy full-back.
