Paper Talk: Four clubs scrap over Man Utd man; Liverpool to flog duo

Liverpool are ready to move on two players, including an unwanted striker, while four clubs are battling to sign Marcos Rojo from Manchester United, according to Friday’s newspapers.

LIVERPOOL LOWER ORIGI ASKING PRICE

Divock Origi is edging towards a move to Fenerbahce, according to reports.

The Belgium striker is looking to quit Anfield after being told he will face a battle to win a place in Jurgen Klopp’s squad this summer – and the Turkish champions are the only club to so far show a firm interest.

The Reds had told the Black Eagles they wanted £26million for Origi, but after Fener threatened to end their interest, Liverpool have now told them they will accept around £20million for the attacker, reports the Daily Mirror.

That would still allow Liverpool to double their initial £10m investment on Origi back in 2014.

The player has made 77 appearances for Liverpool, scoring 21 times.

And he’s unlikely to be the only departure from Anfield before the window closes.

Liverpool are ready to loan out winger Sheyi Ojo again this season, with Leeds and Middlesbrough both keen, claims the Mirror.
