Manchester United caretaker boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants a £25m striker, while Chelsea are ready to go in again for a major Liverpool target according to Sunday’s papers.
MAN UTD EYE SHOCK STRIKER MOVE
Manchester United caretaker boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is interested in signing at Bournemouth and Norway striker Josh King, according to a report.
Solskjaer, who got his tenure underway with a thumping 5-1 win over Cardiff, has claimed he “will have an input” on transfers in January despite his interim status.
The Sun on Sunday claims that he is “a massive fan of fellow Norwegian Josh King”, with Solskjaer having worked with King as a youngster at Old Trafford.
The striker came up through the ranks with United when Solskjaer was coach, and has gone on to be a key player for Eddie Howe on the south coast.
King, 26, is apparently at £25million and is also attracting interest from Spurs – but Howe is desperate to keep hold of him and Callum Wilson
