The list of potential suitors for Nice midfielder Jean-Michael Seri continues to grow, with Manchester United leading a four-way battle for the defender, according to the Mirror.

Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester City are all looking to take on the 26-year-old, who is also fancied by Paris St Germain.

Seri was seemingly set for a move to Barcelona in the summer only for the deal to collapse, leaving the player heartbroken.

With Jose Mourinho likely to lose both Marouane Fellaini and Michael Carrick in the summer, United are said to be looking for fresh legs in midfield.

The Red Devils have also been linked with a move for former Chelsea and Arsenal man Lassana Diarra in the French media.

Currently a free agent, the 32-year-old has been contacted by Mourinho over a move, Le Parisien claims.
