Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has ruled out a move to a deadly rival, while PSG are eyeing a big-money move for a West Ham centre-back, according to Saturday’s papers.
ARSENAL STAR RULES OUT CONTROVERSIAL SWITCH
Wales midfielder Aaron Ramsey is resigned to leaving Arsenal next summer but has ruled out a move to local rivals Tottenham.
The 27-year-old revealed on Friday that he was left in the dark after the Gunners took their offer of a new deal off the table.
The playmaker’s current deal runs out at the end of the season, meaning he will be available to move on a free transfer – news that has alerted the likes of Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea in England and Juventus and AC Milan in Italy.
However, when asked if a move to Spurs could be on the cards, he emphatically replied: “No”
Sol Campbell created one of the biggest storms in history when he walked out of White Hart Lane to sign for the Gunners as a free agent back in 2001, but it would appear that Ramsey will not follow suit.
