Mauricio Pochettino knows exactly how he wants to overhaul his Spurs squad, while Real Madrid are targeting Liverpool and Man Utd stars, according to Friday’s papers.

POCHETTINO WANTS SIX PLAYERS IN £150M SPREE

Mauricio Pochettino will reportedly be handed a £150million budget to overhaul his Spurs squad this summer, according to a report.

The Daily Mail say they will ‘spend up to £150million’ to help revamp Pochettino’s squad, and that the manager ‘is already planning significant changes’.

The Argentine reportedly has a starting budget of just £60m, but will look to almost triple that through player sales, with as many as seven players set to leave this summer.

Danny Rose, Victor Wanyama and Georges-Kevin Nkoudou are all players who the north London side will accept bids for, while the futures of Kieran Trippier, Christian Eriksen and Toby Alderweireld are far from certain.

Meanwhile, Fernando Llorente will also be let go when his contract expires at the end of the season.

In terms of additions, Spurs ‘want two new central midfielders and more creativity in the forward line, given Eriksen’s likely exit,’ the article says, adding that they also want a left-back, a support striker and a central defender.
