Maurico Pochettino says Tottenham delivered a conclusion their season deserved as they finished their campaign with a 7-1 win over Hull.
It has been another fine season for the North Londoners, who once again challenged for the Premier League title before falling just short.
And Pochettino says the whole club can be proud of their accomplishments.
“I congratulate all the players for a fantastic season,’ he said.
“It was tough, difficult be we feel all very proud, to finish that way is important after last season. We finished in the way we wanted.
“I’m a little bit disappointed because I think Hugo (Lloris) deserved the golden gloves.
“For Harry (Kane), 30 games and 29 goals is unbelievable. The top scorer again. It’s a big achievement and it helped the team to play well and achieve second place.
“After three seasons, we work a lot and it is important to try and win a trophy in the next few seasons for us and our fans.
“We are excited to move to Wembley and to try to do our best.”
