French giants Paris Saint Germain have reportedly joined the chase to sign Fulham wonderkid Ryan Sessegnon.
The Ligue 1 side are said to be desperate to lure the 17-year-old to the French capital, with Sessegnon rated as one of English football’s best young prospects.
PSG have reportedly been watching Sessegnon throughout the first half of the season and are keen to take him to France ahead of a host of English clubs – with his price likely to be more than £30million already, according to the Daily Mirror.
Tottenham tried to sign the player last summer but Sessegnon opted to stay at Fulham and sign a new contract.
However, Mauricio Pochettino’s men are almost certain to back in for the youngster this month as doubts remain over Danny Rose’s long-term future in north London.
Both Manchester clubs have also shown an interest, while Real Madrid were also rumoured to be keen, according to reports at the start of the week.
Sessegnon has earned a growing reputation for his ability to play at left-back, left wing-back or even as a wide attacker – similar to Real Madrid superstar Gareth Bale when he made a name for himself first at Southampton and then at Tottenham.
