Pundit makes Harry Kane Bayern Munich claim and says he is a step above Lewandowski

Gabby Agbonlahor believes Tottenham striker Harry Kane would score goals for fun in the Bayern Munich side and is a better player than Robert Lewandowski.
Kane is the talk of the town again following reports Manchester United are planning a summer raid. He may be 29 but he is showing no signs of slowing down and the figures back it up. Kane has bagged 12 Premier League goals this season and is moving up the all-time leading goalscorer list.
The England captain has bagged 178 goals in 273 appearances and has jumped above Frank Lampard and Thierry Henry. Only Alan Shearer, Wayne Rooney, Andrew Cole and Sergio Aguero have scored more.
Harry Kane closing on Shearer
Kane is closing in on the 260 that Shearer scored and if he stays fit and healthy then he should make it. And that is why Agbonlahor believes the Spurs ace is a cut above Lewandowski.
Speaking to Talksport the former Aston Villa striker has described the Bundesliga as a ‘Mickey Mouse’ league. He is impressed with Lewandowski’s record but says it cannot be compared to Kane’s tally in England.
Agbonlahor believes Kane would surpass it if he played for Bayern and is the better goalscorer.
“I feel that Lewandowski is an outstanding striker. His numbers are crazy but, like we said, he’s playing in the ‘Mickey Mouse’ league,” he told Talksport.
“Compare that to the Premier League with Harry Kane, how many goals has he scored in the Premier League? Put Harry Kane in that Bayern Munich frontline, how many does he score?”

Harry Kane wanted to partner Cristiano Ronaldo up front at Man United
Harry Kane May look to leave Tottenham this summer and Manchester United want him but apparently to play with Ronaldo instead of replacing CR7
In fairness Lewandowski’s record is staggering. The Poland ace has put away a massive 308 goals and sits second on the all-time Bundesliga charts. Only fellow Bayern Munich great Gerd Muller sits above him with 365 goals.
Only by playing in the Premier League would Lewandowski be able to prove himself in England. At 33 it remains to be seen if he will get a chance.
He has been linked with Manchester United and Liverpool in the past, but Barcelona looks to be his next destination. Reports claim that a deal in principle has been agreed that will see him head to the Camp Nou.
Kane linked with Man Utd
Lewandowski is under contract with Bayern until the summer of 2023 but could be on the move in the summer.
So too could Kane. Manchester United have him at the top of their wanted list and hope to succeed where Manchester City failed. The latest talk suggests United will appoint former Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino and will reunite him with Kane.
Kane has proven he is not only a top-class goalscorer. His all-round game, passing, vision and link-up play does put him above Lewandowski and is why United are so keen to get him on board.
