Rangers are boosted by the return of skipper David Weir for the visit of Killie.

The defender is back in contention after recovering from a hamstring injury that has kept him out of action since the end of July.

Lee Wallace (hamstring), Matt McKay (knee) and Jamie Ness (groin) are also available for the clash at Ibrox, although Kyle Bartley remains on the sidelines following hernia surgery.

Kilmarnock have an unchanged squad for the game.

Danny Buijs (hamstring) remains on the sidelines along with long-term absentee Ryan O’Leary (knee).

David Silva is pushing for a start after making his comeback from a knee injury off the bench in Saturday’s defeat by St Mirren.

Naismith missed the Old Firm derby defeat to Celtic with a hamstring strain but will be fit for the fourth-round tie.

Maurice Edu (knee) could also be back in contention for Monday’s clash at Ibrox, while Nikica Jelavic and Kirk Broadfoot remain on the sidelines.

Kilmarnock are waiting on international clearance for new signing Anssi Jaakkola ahead of the game.

The Finnish goalkeeper signed for the Ayrshire club this week but faces a wait to learn whether he will be available for the squad for the fourth round tie.

Boss Mixu Paatelainen has no fresh injury worries ahead of the trip to Ibrox.
