Report claims Klopp in line for Real Madrid job; demands £300m spree

Real Madrid have lined up Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp as Zinedine Zidane’s successor, a bold report claims.

According to outlandish Spanish outlet Don Balon, Real president Florentino Perez has identified Klopp as the ideal man to take the helm at the LaLiga club.

Their report states that the former Dortmund boss has delivered his transfer demands to the club before agreeing to move to the Bernabeu.

It is claimed that Klopp has told Los Blancos that they must land Liverpool star Mohamed Salah and Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea before he accepts the job.

Salah is believed to be valued upwards of £200m after a sensational first season on Merseyside, while De Gea has previously been linked with

Zinedine Zidane stepped down from his role as Real Madrid manager on Thursday, bringing to an end a two-and-a-half year reign.

The Frenchman left Los Blancos after he helped them capture an incredible three Champions League titles in a row, the third of which came last Saturday as Real beat Liverpool in Kiev.
