Serie A giants Juventus and Inter Milan will fight it out to sign Genoa striker Krzysztof Piatek, according to reports.
Piatek, the leading scorer in Serie A this season, has attracted the attention of a range of top European clubs after scoring 13 goals in eight games since joining Genoa. A number of Premier League clubs are tracking the Poland attacker, but Corriere Dello Sport claims that Juventus and Inter Milan will go head-to-head for the starlet instead.
Genoa may be reluctant to sell Piatek so soon, as he only joined them in the summer and his market value could increase if he continues his development with them.
It was reported yesterday that Tottenham and Liverpool want to sign the 23-year-old, with Barcelona and Chelsea also offering competition for his signature. However, the latest reports indicate he could be set to continue his growth in the Italian top flight with a move to either of the Serie A title contenders.
