Tottenham may be without Danny Rose for up to a month as mystery still surrounds the knee injury he sustained at Sunderland, according to reports.

The 26-year-old limped off during the draw against his former club at the Stadium of Light and, despite undergoing scans, Spurs are yet to reveal the extent of the injury.

The Daily Mirror report that Mauricio Pochettino’s original positivity over the injury has evaporated and he may now miss the Premier League clashes with Liverpool, Stoke, and Everton, as well as Europa and FA Cup games.

Pochettino had originally promised an update on Monday, and will surely be quizzed on Rose’s condition when he briefs the press on Thursday.
