Tottenham have confirmed the signing of Giovani Lo Celso on a season-long loan from Real Betis.
Spurs have an option to make the transfer permanent at the end of the season, with Lo Celso choosing to wear the number 18 shirt after completing a medical earlier today.
The cost of the loan is not specified, with some earlier reports suggesting they may have had to pay up to €16m.
Lo Celso has been a summer-long target for Spurs and they finally got their man on an initial loan that could turn into a £55million move next summer.
The Argentina international scored 17 goals for Betis last season and is keen to work with his compatriot Pochettino in the Premier League.
It’s time to say #HolaLoCelso!
