Spurs defender Danny Rose has his heart set on a move to Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain, according to a report.

Sky Sports reported on Wednesday night that Schalke were in talks over a potential deal for Rose, with a loan deal viewed as a possibility.

It was claimed that the England international has been given permission to talk to other clubs after falling down the pecking order under Mauricio Pochettino during the 2017/18 season.

However, a report from The Sun states that Rose is not interested in a move to the Veltins Arena, and instead the 28-year-old is dreaming of a switch to PSG.

Spurs and PSG are no strangers to doing business recently, with Serge Aurier and Lucas Moura arriving in north London from the French capital.

Paris United also claimed on Wednesday that Pochettino was interested in acquiring PSG left-back Layvin Kurzawa, a reported Wolves and Manchester United target.
