Super Swans sweep past Canaries

On-loan Fiorentina striker Arturo Lupoli put the Canaries ahead in the 28th minute with a well-struck shot after good work from Mark Fotheringham.

Swansea hit back to draw level through Jason Scotland, who struck in the 43rd minute, and two quickfire goals after the restart from Darren Pratley and the excellent Ferrie Bodde put them 3-1 ahead.

Angel Rangel put through his own net to give Norwich a lifeline in the 61st minute.

The Canaries pressed hard for an equaliser in the closing stages but Swansea held on doggedly to enhance their promotion credentials and leave the Canaries too close to the relegation zone for comfort.
