Tottenham to reject all offers for fringe star wanted by Barcelona

Ryan Sessegnon TEAMtalk

Tottenham reportedly ready to reject all bids for Ryan Sessegnon this summer, despite claims that Barcelona are chasing the youngster.

Recent reports suggested that the Catalan giants were looking to bring in the 20-year-old, who cost Spurs £25million last summer.

The former Fulham man has had a tough first season in north London. The full-back, who can also play in midfield, has made just six appearances in the Premier League. The last of those coming back in January.

The Sunday People reports that Barca are looking at Sessegnon and Tottenham midfield misfit Tanguy Ndombele in a double deal.

However, it would appear that the LaLiga giants are in for some disappointment were Sessegnon is concerned.

The report adds that Spurs will reject all bids for the youngster, although Ndombele’s future is still up for debate.

The club’s record signing has made very little impact since his big-money arrival last summer. Ndombele fell out of favour with Jose Mourinho earlier in the season and has hardly featured since.
