Luka Jovic has enraged Real Madrid chiefs and will be sold this summer and Neymar will leave PSG, while Paul Pogba’s value plummets again, all in the papers.
JOVIC TO BE SOLD
Luka Jovic will be offered to Tottenham and Chelsea this summer after upsetting Real Madrid, according to a report.
Madrid bosses are believed to be furious with the £50m striker after leaving self-isolation last week to fly home to Serbia amid the coronavirus outbreak.
The forward then left his home in Serbia and was reported to police, earning a rebuke from prime minister Ana Brnabic.
She said: “We have the negative example of our football stars who earn millions and have ignored the obligation to self-isolate.”
The country’s president Aleksandar Vucic, then threatened the player with arrest, saying: “If he leaves his apartment he’ll be arrested.
“I think he regrets what he’s done, but I’ll make it clear to him that the lives of our people are more important than his millions.”
The Daily Star is reporting that Madrid will try and tempt the London pair with a move for Jovic, who only moved to Real from Eintract Frankfurt last summer.
