New suitors have emerged for Paul Pogba and the Man Utd man is open to a move, while Lionel Messi is staying at Barcelona for at least one more season, all in the papers.
POGBA OPEN TO PARIS MOVE
Paul Pogba is reportedly open to joining Paris Saint-Germain after the Ligue 1 side entered the running for his signature.
Le10Sport report that PSG are interested in the France midfielder, whose contract at United expires in 2021. The club do have a 12-month option to extend the deal and it’s unknown yet whether they will exercise that right.
Real Madrid were believed to be favourites to sign Pogba, but his £15m annual salary is proving to be stumbling block for Los Blancos.
Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane is a fan of Pogba and he has offered United up to four of his players in exchange for Pogba, with two of those players being Martin Odegaard and James Rodriguez, but any prospective deal is no further down the line.
What’s evident is that PSG are looking for a midfielder because the same source claim they are ready to make a stunning push to sign Rennes superstar Eduardo Camavinga.
