Liverpool are interested in another Red Bull Salzburg star, while Arsenal are set to sign a £2m centre-back and Tottenham look to a double defender move in Italy, all in the papers.

Liverpool have joined the race along with several European giants for Red Bull Salzburg’s 19-year-old midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai, claims Tuttosport.

The Daily Mail have picked up the story and report that Jurgen Klopp is planning another raid on Salzburg just four months after bringing Takumi Minamino to Anfield in a cut-price £7.5m deal.

The Reds are not the only ones chasing the Hungary international with Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig also interested in the £26m-rated star.

Read Liverpool also state that both AC Milan and Lazio are keen on the player, who played at Anfield for Salzburg earlier this season.

Szoboszlai recently commented on Milan;s interest and via MilanNews said: “At this moment I can’t say anything about Milan’s interest.

“If it were to go through, it means that it was destined. The final decision is up to me, but I also have other proposals. I will make the choice I think is best for my career.”

Liverpool though will be confident of negotiating with Salzburg having signed Minamino and Naby Keita in the last few years.
