Manchester United are watching Ajax wonderkid Ryan Gravenberch, while Liverpool have big rivals for a top centre-back target, all in the papers.

UNITED TRACK AJAX TEENAGER

Manchester United are tracking teenage Ajax midfielder Ryan Gravenberch, report the Daily Mirror.

Ajax have sold numerous stars in recent seasons, including Frenkie de Jong, Hakim Ziyech, Mathhijs De Ligt and Donny van de Beek.

The coronavirus pandemic has stretched the Dutch club’s finances and 18-year-old Gravenberch could be the next to be sold on.

Barcelona and Juventus have registered their interest in the player and and been watching him intensely.

Now though United scouts have been checking on the player, who has played 19 times for Ajax, scoring four goals.

The paper claims Gravenberch is being compared to United’s Paul Pogba.

Gravenberch is also reported to be under super agent Mino Raiola, who also has Pogba on his books.
