Triple injury boost for Tottenham ahead of Olympiacos clash

Tottenham have received a triple injury boost ahead of Tuesday night’s Champions League clash with Olympiacos.

Spurs got off to a winning start under Jose Mourinho as they recorded a first Premier League away win since January in beating West Ham 3-2 on Saturday, although skipper Harry Kane picked up a heavy knock during the game.

However, the England frontman appeared to allay any fears over his fitness after being spotted at Hotspur Way, while there was also good news for two other Spurs stars.

Both Jan Vertonghen and Tanguy Ndombele returned to training, having missed the game at the London Stadium, and should be in teh squad to take on the Greek outfit.

However, Ben Davies may miss out after being absent for the training session on Monday morning, with Danny Rose looking likely to take his place.

A win for Mourinho’s men will see them reach the knockout stages, as they look to go one better than their remarkable effort of reaching the final last season.
