West Ham are believed to have offered Manuel Lanzini a new long-term deal to rebuff interest in their star man from Liverpool and Tottenham.
Lanzini has been the bright spark for the Hammers so far this season, scoring three and laying on five goals for his team-mates, despite missing 10 games through injury.
There are a number of top clubs who have been alerted to the Argentine, with Liverpool and Spurs both reportedly keen.
