West Ham, Spurs given green light to move for €35m Barcelona midfielder

West Ham and Tottenham both reportedly have a clear path to sign a Barcelona midfielder this summer.
According to a report from Italian outlet FcInterNews, Inter Milan are no longer interested in signing Rafinha from Barca.
The Brazilian midfielder spent the second-half of last season on loan with Inter, making a number of impressive displays as the Nerazzurri qualified for the Champions League.
It is claimed that Inter tried to lower the player’s €35million price tag, but could not persuade Barcelona to sell for less.
Instead, it appears that the Serie A giants are set to sign Roma star Radja Nainggolan instead in a €24million deal involving two players heading the other way.
Now, West Ham and Tottenham are now free to talk to the player and to Barcelona in order to reach an agreement.
Rafinha had a difficult time at Barcelona after struggling with injuries, but managed to rack up 17 games in the second half of the Serie A season.
