Wolves: New era at Molineux

Wolves are ready to fend off the mounting interest in teenage star Niall Ennis by offering him a new deal, sources have told TEAMtalk.com

The 16-year-old striker is attracting the attention of the biggest clubs in the country with Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United all believed to be tracking his progress.

Ennis made his debut for Wolves’ Under-21 side last season aged just 15 and he has been training with the first-team since turning 16.

The talented forward has also caught the eye at international level, scoring two goals in six appearances for the England Under-17 side in recent months.

Ennis is highly-regarded at Molineux and is expected to break into the Wolves first-team in the very near future.

Ennis’ Premier League suitors are ready to firm up their interest in the teenager by testing Wolves’ resolve to hang onto the player.

However, Wolves’ hierarchy are determined to keep hold of their prize asset and are preparing to offer him a new deal to ensure he stays at Molineux.
