Tottenham 2022-23 Premier League fixtures: Conte handed home opener but immediate away test follows

Tottenham will open the 2022-23 Premier League season with a home game against Southampton on Saturday August 6, but then face a tough trip to London rivals Chelsea a week later.

Antonio Conte’s men will be looking to build on last season’s fourth-placed finish and will be more than happy to kick-off the new campaign in their own surroundings against Saints.

The two north London derbies are scheduled for October 1 at The Emirates and January 14 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The traditional Boxing Day clash sees Spurs head to Brentford, while they host Aston Villa on New Year’s Eve.

The final day of the season on May 28 brings a trip to Leeds United.

Other notable games include a trip to champions Manchester City on September 17, while Spurs head to the other side of Manchester on October 19.

Conte’s men will host Liverpool on November 5. And their final game before the World Cup is a home clash with Leeds on November 12.

The run-in brings with it tough games against Man Utd (h) and Liverpool (a) in April. However, the final four games are fairly kind, with Crystal Palace (h), Aston Villa (a), Brentford (h) and then that trip to Leeds.
