Transfer Gossip: Real Madrid ready to deliver devastating transfer blow to Tottenham; Liverpool chasing 15-year-old forward with £35m release clause

Son Heung-min, Harry Kane Tottenham

Real Madrid are weighing up a move for Son Heung-min that will devastate Tottenham, while Liverpool are chasing a teenage Brazilian striker and Friday’s Transfer Gossip claims Roma will hold Nicolo Zaniolo talks, if they can keep the forward from Spurs’ grasp.

SON EMERGES AS MAJOR REAL MADRID TARGET

Real Madrid are monitoring Tottenham superstar Son Heung-min, with a view to make a stunning raid for the South Korean.

The 29-year-old enjoyed an outstanding season as Spurs secured Champions League, winning his first Gloden Boot as he tied with Mo Salah on 23 Premier League goals.

Son’s consistency over the past six years in north London has been noted in Spain, leading to Real’s interest.

And journalist Rudy Galetti claims Son is one of a shortlist of forward players the 14-time Champions League winners are keeping tabs on.

Carlo Ancelotti is looking to bolster his attack after losing Gareth Bale. Isco’s contract is also due to end, while Marco Asensio could be Premier League-bound, with Arsenal keen on the playmaker.

Son, who has scored 131 times and provided 73 assists in 324 appearances for Tottenham, is among a select few forwards being mooted as potential targets for Real Madrid – as reported in The Sun.

Other targets also on Real radar

Real had hoped to bring in Kylian Mbappe but a much-publicised snub left them fuming. A deal for Erling Haaland also feel through, as the Norwegian ended up at Manchester City.

The Spanish do have other targets though, with Bayern Munich’s Serge Gnabry on their radar.

Manchester United youngster Alejandro Garnacho, Everton man Richarlison and Manchester City star Gabriel Jesus have also been linked with moves to the Bernabeu.

LIVERPOOL CHASING BRAZILIAN WONDERKID

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp

Brazilian journalist Jorge Nicola claims Liverpool have been in touch about signing Palmeiras wonderkid Endrick.

Nicola states that the Reds have ‘sounded out’ their chances of signing the 15-year-old from Palmeiras.

“Liverpool have sounded out the possibility of making a proposal in the future,” he said, as translated by Sport Witness. “But didn’t go further, for now, than a question.”

Nicola also believes Manchester United, Real Madrid, Barcelona and PSG are after the talented forward.

Endrick will sign a contract next month when he turns 16 and that will come with a £35m exit clause.

Sky Sports reported back in January that the Reds were monitoring Endrick, whose been a revelation since bursting onto the scene in Brazil.

He won the Best Player at the 2022 Copinha, the biggest youth tournament in Brazil. He is widely considered one of the best players in his age group in world football.

CONTE STILL KEEN AS ROMA EYE ZANIOLO TALKS

Nicolo Zaniolo of Roma

Roma will hold talks with Nicolo Zaniolo at the end of the summer, if he’s still with the club.

Sky Sports Italia claims the forward remains on Tottenham’s radar, even though no official talks have taken place.

Spurs have been linked with the Italy international for some time. However, Roma chief Jose Mourinho is loathed to lose the player to his former club after his acrimonious exit in north London.

Zaniolo, whose contract runs out in 2024, is currently valued at around the £30m by transfermarkt.

The 22-year-old is also wanted by Newcastle but it appears more likely he will remain in Italy.
