albrighton has played a huge part in leicester’s success story , being involved in many of the goals.

its ironic that he could be in the title winners team , while we , villa will probably be in a lower league .

very best of luck to leicester .

could this be a turning point ?

we had a big slice of luck when dejong missed.

ayew is starting to show he could be a top player .

    gestede was much better .

i think we were better with 4 midfielders .

veretout is more impressive than gana now , he really looks the part as well , but neither are great defenders , so the addition of westwood may help that .

someone has to start getting goals .

    thank god !

at least he is a proper LB.

not much use going forward but a very good defender .

in order to stay up we will need very substantial signings in january , and or superhuman coaching , or shocking reversals of fortune for our fellow strugglers .

we look to be on course for the record lowest prem points tally .

going down MIGHT Trigger new owners who MIGHT invest .

staying up will be more of the same .

yes , baker and cisshoko over lescott and bacuna every time .

i cant see a way out now .

even if we continue to improve , and even if there are important january signings , its too big an ask .

most of our peers are improving and getting wins.

we have such big defensive shortcomings, and lack of firepower up front , and absence of management action , relegation is now inevitable .

and i dont think other prem clubs will be queuing up to buy our players , —

except grealish of course , and okore.

there is no doubt our club has been dreadfully mismanaged over a long period , and worse under lerner.

i hope now that when we go down , some good buyers will emerge and run the club well – and it could be a success .

lerners regime is dead in the water .

    good selection mort.

my only concern is if okore or richards are suited to left side .

so i would like lescott in as well , with hutton and bacuna as wing backs , and still keep sanchez gana and vertout in midfield and two up front .

thats a good defense with plenty of players who can get forward .

its quite possible there are buyers out there just waiting for us to go down .

learner will then have to sell the club on the cheap , then we could get an owner who will invest .

simple answer is yes , we just have to do a bit better than our fellow strugglers, of which there are several .

there is clearly quality in the squad , and if garde can get it all together we may survive .

there has been a big improvement in recent games , many of which we have gifted away .

he must sort out the defence and find some goals from somewhere , no one will get into double figures this season .

our midfield is our strength now .

i would like to see a back five of hutton okore richards baker cissokho .

    sanchez vertout gana midfield .

sinclair ayew up front – hutton , vertout and gana are all attacking players.

agree on aywe , who showed a lot more energy and drive which was lacking until the last two games.

sanchez made a lot of mistakes again , but he still won the ball a lot .

the two french midfielders look very promising , and put westwood in the shade .

i was not keen on lescott , but i think he is better than clark.

bacuna did a good job out of position and he can play a bit .

gestede has had enough time to get up to speed , i dont think he is up to the prem .

a well deserved point – with some luck to survive the first 30 mins.

encouraging shows by gana veretout and ayew , all played well and lots of ability .

westwoods lack of class showed straightaway – he needs too much time and space .

okore did very well on his return .

but gestede was awful – slow cumbersome and lost all his heading duels , and made a mess of a very good chance .

garde was wrong not to bring him off much earlier .

who is responsible for these outrageous deals ?? insane , or some other agenda ?

delph gone for 8m , benteke for 32m ( he is worth twice that) and now a possibly worthless teenager becoming highest earner !! .

what does that do for squad morale .

i agree – its a shame – especially as we now get instant posts .

there are about a half dozen posting , people ARE slowly coming back .

if we stop posting now , it will indeed die out .

one of the positives of losing every week is the interest in what garde will do about it – for me its what he will do about the defence , and will he recall our loanee’s.

then there will soon be the transfer window .

please keep posting , and more may be drawn in .

all watford’s goals were avoidable , sloppy and incompetent defending .

they had 3 attacks and got 3 goals – we just keep giveing them the ball .

we are very weak on the left , clark is not up to it and richardson isnt a LB.

baker and cissokho must be recalled now to have any chance of staying up .

on the plus side there are some good players there , vertout and gana have some quality .

we did play some good attacking football and did create several chances , so there is hope.

ayew takes over half the game to come to life – ive noticed that before , talent and ability are wasted if displays are gutless.

garde should stick to the same lineup but LCB and LB must be sorted .

ayew needs a shot of something .

    sanchez shocking first half .

the watford goal was a bit fortuitous .

ayew had a golden cahance 6 yards out dead center – puts it wide – he is supposed to be a striker – appalling – but he is playing a little bit better .

gana and vertoute are good players , the have to deliver second half .

sinclair is working hard and playing well .

richardson is a weakness , at least he looks better with the haircut .

very good freekiick by veretout , althogh richardson was offside , we need the luck .

many more goal attempts and chances – they have got to take them .

everyone is saying grealish has talent .

there is more to it than that – he is a future star .

he can ghost his way past several players in a flash .

when we had delph and cleverley he had someone to play with – now there is no one , he is way above anyone else .

unless he has agbonlahor like affinity for the club , he will be snapped up next year at a bargain price .

its not clear what the party issue was , playing about AFTER a game shouldnt be an issue, but he must have broken some rules .

i hope the club handles him well.
