Finally the internationals are over, we have a nice break for any of players involved to rest up and spend some time with Emery as we dont play till next Monday.
This will be a bigger test than we have had of late but Leicester are not pulling up any tree’s so this should be a comfortable home win.
im going for 3-1
October 17, 2018 at 8:43 am #1687500I think the international break will have had a detrimental effect on us. Still im going for a win 5-3 after going 3-1 down. Game of the season.
October 17, 2018 at 8:48 am #1687503i could live with that!
was wondering if the break would be detrimental or not, under AW it would most definatly be, but with this new wave of optimism i have i think it could actually be good!October 17, 2018 at 11:36 am #1687615Arsenal 2-1 Leicester
October 17, 2018 at 12:24 pm #1687641Leicester have been so erratic one week they are good the next they are shite! We are still on the up so hopefully we will still have our tails up. I fancy 3 – 0.

October 18, 2018 at 10:57 am #1687941Loving the predictions and optimism lads kinda Shame I didn’t do this under AW to see the difference
You can also post comments on the game, team selection and stuff as well predictions tho
Let’s not go the way of the spuds 🥔 page
October 21, 2018 at 2:47 pm #1689059Really looking forward to this one. Got Auba and Laca in my fantasy team now. Think this will be an attacking game and have us winning it 5-1. Can also see the two lads on the score sheet. Come on you reds!
October 22, 2018 at 7:42 pm #1689531Arsenal 3 Leicester 1. Is my prediction Stevo.
October 23, 2018 at 9:16 am #1689653didnt get to watch the match but form what i read, a dodgy first 30 minutes then we came alive and bossed the match and could have had more, some decisions went our way though by the sounds of it but the winning streak rolls on and thats always very nice
defence still neds a lot of work, but i am happy with how we are progressing, such a change form under AW
Ozil had his one great match of the season be nice if he can put a few more displays like that in!
October 23, 2018 at 10:17 am #1689688Yes we had issues the first 30 minutes but after that it was by the far the best I have seen us play for a long time. Sure Holdings handball could have resulted in a penalty but other than that there were not any questionable decisions.
Still issues at the back of course but its down to personell that just doesnt cut it. It will take time fix.
Ozil and also Iwobi was fun to watch lets just hope Ozil can become more consistent in terms of his displays. But everybody worked hard last night and all players should be credited. Yes some mistakes here and there but lets just enjoy the win.
October 23, 2018 at 12:48 pm #168977010 on the bounce is a great result whoever you are playing and I would have taken that 10 games ago. The team selection was another surprise where is hulk or Welbeck? Also no Aube in the starting 11? First half they played well but we were poor and 2nd half we were outstanding. Thought Mustaphi had a good game as did Torr, Ozil was outstanding 2nd half. Licht was poor but played out of position so will allow that and Xhaka was good as a left back. Great goals again. I think long term we need another left footed centre half but decent ones are rare and I would also start Ramsey instead of Xhaka. we do need to sort out our start to the games as we keep saying it, at some point we will get punished but so far so good !!! Emery has been great so far the teams and subs he has made in most games have worked and the improvement in some players has been great again last night the changes and the subs worked to a tee.
October 23, 2018 at 4:29 pm #1689886I think the players were taken aback as to how attacking the leicester team was in the first half. But the second half we were so so good.Absolutely breathtaking football espescially all the 3 goals the chemistry was admirable.Don’t want to get carried away,i want to see how we perform in the big games against the big teams so I’ll reserve my judgement.
October 24, 2018 at 7:05 am #1690094the big test will be liverpool, they have a much better balanced squad and have improved defensivly in a huge way, but as yet have not got back to their attacking best though with players that can score and turn a game and they are winning ugly at the moment which shows strength…we have been beaten and beaten well (or badly!) by these for a good while now on the whole with a few real stinkers and bad score lines, i will be happy if we actually compete against them after the last few years, but if we play to our current potential and they still struggle up front we could actually win it! wouldnt have been able to say that last year! early days but so refresh have a little positivity before any match even a big one
